Gula Melaka Pandan Kaya

Well, let me share my first dish of using TM is Kaya! Kaya is generally served on toast. Considered a simple compliment to breakfast and is popular in Singapore and Malaysia.

I've always planned to cook my very own homemade Kaya but I was never confident to do it till now. Why? Although Kaya is a very simple to cook and using just a few ingredients but you need to manually keep string until it becomes thick. That would kill my hands and legs. But now it is different, I can easily cook Kaya in my TM machine. Come let see my homemade Gula Melaka Pandan Kaya...

This is my Gula Melaka Pandan Kaya. Shining, smooth and delicious! I'm very satisfied with the outcome. ^^
