Japanese/Chinese Gyoza

I managed to get this Gyoza skin in Max Value one day, so I decided to make this Japanese Gyoza. It's something like Chinese Dumpling but I read online they were saying that this Gyoza is originally from Chinese fried dumplings but it's very popular in Japanese cooking.

Whether it is Chinese Gyoza or Japanese Gyoza~as long as it tastes nice, it will do, right? It's not hard to make Gyoza yourself if you can get Gyoza skin from the store. Because I'm using it also LOL!!...

I always have some marinated minced pork in the freezer. It will make my cooking more easy. Okay, let me share this delicious fried dumplings recipe.
