Pizza Bread Cup

A simple breakfast will make your day beautiful~I love breakfast! This morning I will make some bread cup for my boy. Why do I call it bread cup? Because the bread just looks like a cup so that we can fill something inside.

This is for my boy! He really love it and can't wait to eat it immediately while I still taking the photo~hahaha

Pizza Bread Cup

What you need:-

-Bread

-eggs

-sausages (cooked)

-bacon/ham (cooked)

-crab meat

-mozzarella cheese

-pizza sauce 

-butter

-pepper

-dry parsley 

-ramekins

Method:-

1) Trim the bread a bit and then flatten the bread by using the rolling pin

2) Apply butter on the ramekins then push the bread into it

3) Add in the sausages, bacon/ham and the crab meat

4) Apply pizza sauce in it and crack an egg into each ramekin

5) Top with mozzarella cheese together with pepper and dry parsley

6) Bake at 200c for 10 mins or until the cheese melts into a golden brown surface

Making this bread cup is super easy!

Top more cheese if you prefer!

Try not to buy those low grade brand of cheese, you will get a different result and taste.
