Salmon Floss

I never think of fish floss. Never. But one day my aunty came to me and asked me whether I know how to make fish floss or not? So here what I have... huge salmon fish!

What you need:
-500g cooked salmon (skin off and deboned)
-8 cloves garlic

Seasoning:-
-1/2 tbsp dark soya sauce
-4 tbsp brown sugar
-3 tbsp fish sauce (original recipe 1 tbsp)
-1 tsp pepper
-1/2 tsp salt

-2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method:
1) Place 8 cloves garlic and process at SP5 for 1 second
2) Add the cooked salmon and process at SP5 for 5 seconds
3) Add in the seasoning and cook at 120c for 15 minutes (measuring cup off)
4) Then add in the oil and cook for another 15 minutes at 120c
5) Remove and spread on dehydrating machine at 70c for 6 hrs
6) Store in the clean container and keep in the fridge for long lasting

I did some in the oven but the texture a bit rough and dry. 




But the taste is awesome. My kids love it so much

Creamy Buttermilk Chicken



This was my second time cook this buttermilk chicken. Previous, I din't add in the chili due to my youngest son still small but this time it is not the same anymore. I had added the red chili for a bit of ummphh... hahaha

Creamy Buttermilk Chicken

What you need:
-250g whole leg (cut into small pieces)
-1 cup of evaporated milk (any brand)
-2 springs curry leave
-1 stalk red chili
-2 tbsp of butter

Seasoning:
-salt and pepper to taste
-1 tbsp brown sugar

Method:
1) Marinate the chicken with some soy sauce, pepper and sugar
2) Coat the chicken with mix flour (I used 2 tbsp of plain flour, 1 tbsp of rice flour, a dash of black peper)
3) Air fry for 20 mins or until done
4) In a hot pan, add in the butter, curry leave and chili. Saute until fragrant
5) Add in the evaporated milk
6) Add in the seasoning and thick a bit.
7) Add in the chicken and fully coated with the buttermilk gravy and serve hot

Lemonade


My first time made Lemonade using my little helper. Since I owned this helper for so many years but this is my first time make this so easy Lemonade without squeezing the juice so hard.

What you need:
-2 Lemons
-90g rock sugar
-500ml water

Method:
1) Add in the rock sugar and Turbo 2 sec
2) Put the lemon and water into the TM bowl and 2 sec turbo
3) Inside the simmering basket and strain the into a jug and serve cold


Everything done in 4 sec ;)

Avocado Smoothie


I heard about avocado milk before but I really never try to make it myself. It is because I do not like avocado nor taste it. Until one day, my youngest son always said want to eat avocado when we are in a supermarket. For a very long time only I made up my mind to bought a few for him. 

I bought these avocado at wet market and cost me 3 for RM12.00. See the fresh green colour! So beautiful

Avocado Smoothie

What you need:-
-1 avocado
-200ml full cream milk
-Ice Cubes (Optional)
-Honey (optional)

Method :
1) Cut the avocado into half and remove the seed
2) Put avocado, milk and ice cubes into a blender (I am using TM)
3) Blend until you get a smooth texture
4) Add in honey for a bit of sweetness and serve


I kept them in a small portion for my boys


This little fruits price can go up to RM6


Me love avocado now... hehehe

Stew Papaya Chinese Almond dessert


I bought 3 small papaya and the seller told me after 3 days only will ripe. But I waited for a week the papaya still not ripe yet plus I saw the skin already had wrinkles. When I press a little, the papaya still not soft yet. So I wonder whether I should just leave it until ripe or just cut it and eat? mmm.. 

So I decided to cut it off and I found the papaya still very hard and raw. Shit, so this is the outcome of the unripe papaya dessert.

What you need:
-Pandan leave (tied knot)
-Chinese red dates
-Southern Almond
-Rock Sugar
-2 unripe papaya
-snow fungus (Optional)

Method:-
1) Add everything into the double boiled pot
2) Set 4 hrs
3) Best serve chill

Four Combination Organic Soup Noodles


I always look for organic/natural ingredients product that suit or healthy for my family. I found out that these noodles are all make by natural colours. First is the tomato noodles, spinach noodles, charcoal noodles and beetroot noodles.

What you need:
-Organic dry noodles
-Meat ball (I bought from Go Noodles Restaurant)
-Fish cake (optional)
-Slice pork
-Carrot (optional)
-egg (optional)
-spring onion (garnish)
-Dashi sachet (soup)

Method : 
1) Boil the noodles in a pot of boiling water (I boiled it one by one) until the noodles dense
2) Soaked the noodles into the cold water for awhile and set aside
3) Boil 3 sachets of dashi stock into 800ml water
4) Add in the ingredients and boil together
5) Put the noodles into a bowl, then add in the soup and served hot


My dashi pack bought from a online shopping club and this make my life more easier.

Warm Delights's Omelette


Making an Omelette sounds easy right? Yes, it is very easy to cook an omelette and this is the best dish for the kids especially when they don't feel like eating anything else, I will cook this omelette for them. This is not just a normal omelette for me because I added in a few hidden ingredients. This omelette tastes even better than the normal one. Let's see what ingredients I had added in.

What you need:-
-3 eggs
-fried onion (I used homemade)
-Spring onion
-Cream (any cream will do) -
full cream milk/whipping cream/cooking cream/cheese/creamcheese/Mayonaise

Seasoning:-
-fish sauce (as per liking)
-pepper
-homemade garlic powder
-homemade chicken powder

Method:-

1) Break 3 eggs into a clean bowl
2) Add in the whipping cream around 30ml and all the seasonings and whipped it using a fork until well combine
3) Heat up 1 tbsp of oil in a wok, then pour the egg liquid into the work
4) Flip the egg over and fold it



 My whole family's favorite omelette. Even my son will ask me to add more spring onion and fried onion. A very easy dish to add on on the table!
