Salmon Floss

I never think of fish floss. Never. But one day my aunty came to me and asked me whether I know how to make fish floss or not? So here what I have... huge salmon fish!


Salmon Fish Floss

What you need:
-500g cooked salmon (skin off and deboned)
-8 cloves garlic

Seasoning:-
-1/2 tbsp dark soya sauce
-4 tbsp brown sugar
-3 tbsp fish sauce (original recipe 1 tbsp)
-1 tsp pepper
-1/2 tsp salt

-2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method:
1) Place 8 cloves garlic and process at SP5 for 1 second
2) Add the cooked salmon and process at SP5 for 5 seconds
3) Add in the seasoning and cook at 120c for 15 minutes (measuring cup off)
4) Then add in the oil and cook for another 15 minutes at 120c
5) Remove and spread on dehydrating machine at 70c for 6 hrs
6) Store in the clean container and keep in the fridge for long lasting

I did some in the oven but the texture a bit rough and dry. 




But the taste is awesome. My kids love it so much
