Fish Scales Collagen Jelly


Ingredients

500g fish scales 

3000l water

20pcs pandan leaves

red dates/dry longan/goji (agak agak)

Osmanthus flower

Method :

1) Wash the fish scales to remove dirt and slime. Soaked with some salt and vinegar for about 30minutes. Rince and wash for a few times until the water clear

2) Wash the pandan leaves and tied knots 

3) Put the fish scales, pandan leave, red dates, dry longan and goji into a pot (i use rice cooker) and cook for 2 hrs or until the scales dissolve.

4) Strained and filter the broth and keep them in the glass container. Make sure you sterilized the bottle first. Keep them in the fridge for several hours to set into a jelly. 

5) Consume within 14 days
