This was my second time cook this buttermilk chicken. Previous, I din't add in the chili due to my youngest son still small but this time it is not the same anymore. I had added the red chili for a bit of ummphh... hahaha
Creamy Buttermilk Chicken

What you need:
-250g whole leg (cut into small pieces)
-1 cup of evaporated milk (any brand)
-2 springs curry leave
-1 stalk red chili
-2 tbsp of butter
Seasoning:
-salt and pepper to taste
-1 tbsp brown sugar
Method:
1) Marinate the chicken with some soy sauce, pepper and sugar
2) Coat the chicken with mix flour (I used 2 tbsp of plain flour, 1 tbsp of rice flour, a dash of black peper)
3) Air fry for 20 mins or until done
4) In a hot pan, add in the butter, curry leave and chili. Saute until fragrant
5) Add in the evaporated milk
6) Add in the seasoning and thick a bit.
7) Add in the chicken and fully coated with the buttermilk gravy and serve hot
